First time SpaceX have completed 16 Falcon launches in a calendar month (17 including Starship Flight 6). Averaged a launch every 1.76 days throughout November. This launch featured two Starshield satellites. The remaining payload volume was filled with Starlink satellites. Basically a Starlink mission with rideshares; there are ten times as many Starlink satellites on board as Starshield satellites. Not really sure what the NRO were going for with this one
