B10 ascended successfully followed by a successful hot stage separation. B10 was destroyed upon landing burn start as a result of filter blockage issues causing engine failures. S28 had a number of test objectives planned including opening the payload bay door, a propellant transfer between the main and header fuel tanks, and an in-space engine relight. The propellant transfer and door opening were reported to be successful, however the in-space Raptor relight was aborted as S28 could not maintain a stable attitude. As a result, S28 entered an uncontrollable roll as it began its reentry into the atmosphere which ultimately resulted in an explosion of S28 at approximately 65km in altitude
